Ignorant Spider..
Haiku Horizons: Spider..
Shared with Rebecca's Haiku My Heart..
Light passes through it and I see the shadow of web; Ignorant spider..
Thanks Jim for being here.. Yes long time.. I miss OSI.. a home to my long poems.. Well, have continued to write haiku.. It keeps me fresh and alive.. Hope you and yours are fine too..
At times the spider is ignorant and at other times he is not worried, safe in its knowledge of your reluctance to acknowledge the web, lest the link even that of a shackle, a net, a bondage will be lost between you and the spider. But when the light passes through it not only betrays the web but also bursts into pieces your complacent, insecure self in the violent ruthless revelation of truth.
Simple few lines of your Haiku entail a phenomenon.
A nice way to capture the unknown beauty of nature :)
ReplyDeleteReally good one!

ReplyDeleteHad windows washed webs removed
Webs returned six times
Nice finding you at Bekkie's, Ramesh. Been a long time since OSI. You are looking good still with haiku like this one.
