Sunday OSI : Retirement
Saturday Haiku heights: Disk
&
Today Friday for Haiku My Heart
A Clear Sky
Ah, crescent
shines gloriously;
a clear sky
A clear sky;
stars try to make an
impression
Impression
on mind is blurred;
dusk descends
Dusk descends;
mind begins to plan
retirement
Retirement -
I wipe out the word;
heart renews
Heart renews
as light filters through;
ah, crescent
Ah, crescent
shines gloriously;
a clear sky..
RS:)
I like the story here, the worries and the quickly tossing them in the bin.. enter happiness.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully said ... you have captured dusk perfectly :-)
ReplyDeleteI too am wiping out the word retirement, since it is not something I will ever be able to do!
ReplyDeleteLove Story
Lovely cascading haiku ~ 'retirement' is a statement of mind to me ~ doubt you were ever a 'retiring person' ~ You probably will always create ~ isn't that being productive? and moving on to the next stage ~ just my thoughts ~
ReplyDelete(A Creative Harbor) ^_^
Ramesh, I love your cascading haiku.
ReplyDeleteBest lines: "retirement/I wipe out the word/ I like that!

Wipe out the word! Yes that is what one will want to do.
ReplyDeleteA state of denial nicely captured.
Thoughts - like forgotten shells on the shore; we pick them up, take a peek inside and then put them back down. A few steps ahead, we might find another one.
ReplyDeleteWonderful haiku.
I enjoy your compositions with this form. "light filters through" - I love that image!
ReplyDeleteAwesome as always. Soaked in your haiku! :-)
