Day 06 ~ TEACHER
September Heights
Day 06 ~ TEACHER
I See Dry leaf Fall.
Strong angry winds
lash out at the tall tree;
I learn to bow
**
lessons from nature
scattered all around me;
I bow to pick
**
Ah, nature doesn't
force her teachings ever;
I see dry leaf fall
RS:)
Learning to bow in life is a great humbling experience . Looooved the first one
ReplyDeleteI think these work really well - the first one especially.
ReplyDeleteHi - RS ... you take nature as a teacher, this is a very nice idea ...
ReplyDeleteit greets Geli
A very different take...
ReplyDeleteAnd this teacher called nature will teach only if we observe...
Wonderful!!!

Learning to submit to nature instead of conquering..interesting concept of nature as the teacher.

Nature never tells. Nature always shows.
ReplyDeleteI love the 2nd haiku the best especially the 3rd line. "I bow to pick" can be taken two ways.
Lovely!
ReplyDeletelike all three......and i agree with Lolly..
Yes ! Nature is the teacher I bow before too!
ReplyDeleteLearn, if you will; remain a dunce, if you won't!
ReplyDeleteThe Old Teacher Weeps
Only if we understand these lessons taught to us by the nature.
ReplyDeletean ignorant child

busy picking nose
So meaningful and well written
ReplyDeletethank you
Peace
