Joy Painted by God.... Haiku

Written for Haiku Heights
& Haiku My Heart..

Shining stepping stones
to quiet heavenly space;
white pieces of clouds

**

I soar above clouds
thinking and talking haiku;
joy painted by God

**

Blue meets shining grey;
nearer heavens my eyes see
a thin line divide..

and one from my archives..

From the other side
I see sun shine on them;
thundering black clouds

  7. Shining stepping stones
    to quiet heavenly space;
    white pieces of clouds
    and I can see a fairy stepping on each of the stones.
    a very different take on the prompt.

  8. I like the idea of a celestial Ramesh speaking in haiku. Must be hellish for the cab drivers and shop keepers understanding you on earth:)

    1. Oh, No Cressida de Nova.. I keep chatting with them about all that can be heavenly on Earth...it helps to stay grounded...yet, one must get wings to fly occasionally to stay in touch with the world beyond clouds..pious and pure world..

  10. I somehow felt very peaceful on reading your first haiku Rameshji, the picture of heading to heaven with clouds as stepping stones is very beautiful.
