Seventeen Syllables...for HMH

Written for Haiku My Heart

Haiku my heart, beats
In seventeen syllables
Skips bigger sighs..

****

Sun from another world
Finds Moon small as football, kicks,
Breaks foot, goes back..

****

A tiny rosebud
Opens up, scared, waiting
Fingers stay still..

  1. Your haiku re: rosebud is very poignant as I posted on same subject today!

    Synchronicity at play!

    Thanks for sharing.

  11. you seem to completely
    enJOY the process of haiku,
the way some people put together puzzles with great interest.
    you string each word,
    painting great visual delights!
