Safe Heaven, Alien Thoughts
Hit by speed
my world slows down;
morning walk
Morning walk
bright Sun on my face
pulls me strong
Pulls me strong
seeking an embrace;
I refuse
I refuse
and return back home;
safe heaven
***
Safe heaven;
I flap strange wings of
alien thoughts
RS:)
This post is reflecting my mood after getting a minor
hit from a bike at a crossing as I went for my morning walk today...and
had to return home...by the grace of God and good wishes
of all the friends here I am fine and well...was a trivial accident
just thought of clarifying on the context....

ReplyDeleteFinding epitome of life!
I want to take your morning walk RS.
ReplyDeleteI, too, find home the safest and most comfortable place...love to travel and explore, but the best part is coming home.....
ReplyDeleteThe shock you suffered colours your haiku.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh Ramesh! I'm so glad you are ok and were able to return home under your own power. Accidents like that truly live up to the definition of "accident" They can also shake up our feelings of safety in the ordinary world.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry that happened, and I hope you are OK. You created a beautiful poem out of that experience.
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot for the concern all of you have shown..it's your love and God's grace that protected me..and hopefully will encourage me to continue to move forward ...
ReplyDeleteI express my gratitude..
RS:)
