Prompt : Egg / Bridge

Haiku One ( Egg)

Traffic chaos, that;
in the middle of bridge,
a hen lays her eggs

Haiku Two ( Bridge)

Ah, another turn
and I walk on singing life;

  6. Your second Haiku about bridge reminded me of an old Rafi song "Main zindagi ka saath nibhata chala gaya..." love the way you have brilliantly combined both the prompts in the first one...
    I have reposted my link at Haiku heights, please take a look.

  12. The first haiku suggest that no matter the ragged side of life, still there may be the fabric of new beauty! And love the zing in the second haiku!

  14. The first one gives me a serious bout of wander lust again. The scene you describe is something I would never see here in OZ and I have a great yearning for it.

  19. Very Enjoyable both. I can visualise both situations. Traffic held up and a happy -go-lucky person singing merrily.

  20. Good job combining the two prompts. Traffic chaos and new life comes ignoring the drama. the second one reminded me of the Tarot Trump 'The Fool' as the young man strides out into the unknown blissfully unaware of any danger:)
