One Half of My Face Shines..

Written for
One single Impression
Thanks to Andree for the prompt: Sapid

December’s
Half Moon
One half of
My face shines
The other half
Wonders, I let it,
From a distance
I can see both and
Feel complete
That’s what
Gives life
A special taste

No, I don’t fear
Full Moon
Let it come
It will fill me
With some newer
Thoughts
May make
My soul shine
Life will not lose
Its sapid flavor
On New Moon night
It may turn a star..

  2. And still in the full moon only it's inhabitants can taste the other half. It is dark to us at all times.
