Mom Would Always Smile...

Written for Haiku Heights Challenge.. Prompt: Hidden

Kept hidden from me
Were all the moments of pain
Mom would always smile...

*****

Deep inside hidden
Somewhere is a little child
Why to hold him, no..

****

Well, now its Elephant's turn to get angry...

Angry elephant
Ant is not to be seen, she’s
Hidden anywhere..

  5. I liked the first Haiku the best. It is very true, and does of great job of speaking to the sacrifices of motherhood. Good job!

  8. First one - So true with all mothers

Second - totally agree with you. why should we hide our inner child.

Third - well, i have not really been following the story of ant and elephant, but brings a smile on my face :-).

  9. Parents often hides lots of things from their children in an effort to spare them pain and misery. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Hidden things here and here and here
