Doubt..
Festival;
Will he return drunk
or with sweets..
***
Pessimism
She waits for him
sitting like a statue;
life turns its back..
**
Optimism
Long wait;
She knows he will return
stronger..

Reality?
No more waiting,
no more tears, let it be;
Indifferent

From the set, I wish the reality for her, or the optimism. Though I don't feel that she would be able to let it be that easily, Rameshji.
ReplyDeleteRameshji... I am glad to read your Haiku set. First, the doubt is the truth in her life and pessimism is what happens to her daily.. I wish your optimism to happen or reality to happen to her in the future.. Loved it so much! Thanks for blessing this...
ReplyDeleteNice set Ramesh, love the four individual themes of the haiku. I hope her pessimism will become optimism.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing such wonderful thoughts.
So much pain...unfortunately many have to live this reality...great piece
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately many women live this way. I pray that they find the strength to make a better life for themselves.
ReplyDeleteWow...Different moods....different haiku...Lovely set...

ReplyDeleteNice approach, Ramesh, to look at this photo from all sides. I pray for the strength from the optimistic version.
ReplyDeleteI do so like how you have colored the prompt!
