 Doubt..

Festival;
Will he return drunk
or with sweets..

***

Pessimism

She waits for him
sitting like a statue;
life turns its back..

**

Optimism

Long wait;
She knows he will return
stronger..

****

Reality?

No more waiting,
no more tears, let it be;
Indifferent

  1. From the set, I wish the reality for her, or the optimism. Though I don't feel that she would be able to let it be that easily, Rameshji.

  2. Rameshji... I am glad to read your Haiku set. First, the doubt is the truth in her life and pessimism is what happens to her daily.. I wish your optimism to happen or reality to happen to her in the future.. Loved it so much! Thanks for blessing this...

  5. Unfortunately many women live this way. I pray that they find the strength to make a better life for themselves.
