Haiku Heights #292 ~
Day 19 ~ Butter
My Haiku No. # 2
She won't let me
put it on my toast;
I talk to butter
I talk to butter;
a weak heart's attempt to
keep a brave face
good morning Ramesh, I like to eat butter and I think it's healthy, right?ReplyDelete
No buttering for butter. Irony!ReplyDelete

Ah! Here comes the your romantic one...ReplyDelete
Loved the way you have played with words!
I too have heart problems, but when I look at all the chemicals in so-called healthy spreads, I have reverted to real butter and am none the worse for it!ReplyDelete
An utterly butterly Haiku!ReplyDelete
Butter tastes delicious on the toast. Nice homely haiku! :-)ReplyDelete
