A Clear Sky

Sunday OSI : Retirement
Saturday Haiku heights: Disk
&
Today Friday for Haiku My Heart

A Clear Sky

Ah, crescent
shines gloriously;
a clear sky

A clear sky;
stars try to make an
 impression

Impression
on mind is blurred;
dusk descends

Dusk descends;
mind begins to plan
retirement

Retirement -
I wipe out the word;
heart renews

Heart renews
as light filters through;
ah, crescent

Ah, crescent
shines gloriously;
a clear sky..

  1. I like the story here, the worries and the quickly tossing them in the bin.. enter happiness.

  4. Lovely cascading haiku ~ 'retirement' is a statement of mind to me ~ doubt you were ever a 'retiring person' ~ You probably will always create ~ isn't that being productive? and moving on to the next stage ~ just my thoughts ~

  6. Retirement from one cascade to embrace the next. Forever retiring from one precious moment to the next.

  15. I like your 'retirement' at dusk, Ramesh.

    Chain haiku are hard for me to read but this one goes fairly smoothly.

  18. Wipe out the word! Yes that is what one will want to do.

    A state of denial nicely captured.

  19. Thoughts - like forgotten shells on the shore; we pick them up, take a peek inside and then put them back down. A few steps ahead, we might find another one.

    Wonderful haiku.
