Footfalls of Spring..

Written for Haiku Heights:  SPRING
Thanks to Priyanka of  "Priyanka's World" blog for the prompt

I bring this haiku from my post written for  Challenge by SiS...
to honour Leo's comments on that post..

Footfalls of spring
merge with songs of birds;
winter’s last blush

adding a new here:

Winter's last blush;
ah, playful happy spring's
soft naughty nudge

  10. Ah Rameshji, that haiku is a memorable one, and I still find it stands better on its own, even without the new one, though that is also good! :)

    Winter's last blush is indeed a good imagery. :)

  12. Loved the line "winter's last blush"... Now spring's summer is getting too hot, I wish winter could blush again.
