Where's Childhood...

Written for One Single Impression

Prompt : Elusive

Ah, true friendship,
so very elusive now;
where's childhood...

  1. Childhood is certainly needed to get us through adulthood. Nice one.

  2. Friendship that happen in innocence of childhood is devoid of any selfish interest. I is so pure, it will always missed for rest of the life. Excellent piece.

  3. That is so true. It is wonderful when you can find a great friend.

  4. If you've got a friend who's been a part of your life journey since childhood, then you're one of the luckiest! :)
    Behind that elusive mask!

  5. Love this one very much ... indeed perfect sentiment as Judith al ready said.

  6. Only the friend can keep the childhood alive in our memories and child alive in our heart....
    But to keep the friendship alive...we need to keep the roots alive....the roots that nourished our childhood with innocence...the first media of contact with trust...pure.....unsuspecting....belief in our friends...dat in a game of hide n seek they will come back...they will accept being caught when I catch them.....n never abandon me....I will never find myself alone...when I open my eyes....that they will never feign innocence when caught. Wherever those roots can reach...friend ship will grow....fluorish....

  7. Sooo bad, Ramesh, that many of our childhood friend find us 'not right' for friends when we grow older. Thank goodness that didn't happen to me.

    I did, however, lose track of ALL of the old girl friends that I had when I was younger. They don't show up with Google and aren't on FaceBook.
