Written for Haiku My Heart
Moon quietly watches
Layers of waves move with
Full fury, rocks laugh
Being a part of the ocean
Lo! Falls in her eye..
Mind and tongue
Funny friends, tongue slips
When mind falters
I do have slip of tongue often as I hardly concentrate.:)
raindrops, let them become one with the water of ocean!
I am so surprised you have never ending words to describe moon!
Wishing you a wonderful weekend,
Lovely Haiku poems. Wonderful humor in "Tongue Slips." Causes me to laugh at myself! Have a grand day! CathyReplyDelete
I like the idea of rocks laughing. Perhaps the waves are tickling them, or maybe they find joy in the movement of the waves.ReplyDelete
I always look forward to reading your haiku...ReplyDelete

Ramesh, I wrote a long comment and it disappeared! I love your haikus, especially the relationship between the moon the waves and the rocks. I love the notion of the slips of the tongue occurring when the brain falters, although I agree with Meri about the reason. I also think that your haiku about the hopeful raindrop making its way to the ocean is superb.ReplyDelete
Very beautiful Haiku's and picturesque too!! You really are good at creating strikingly expressive pictures :)ReplyDelete
I particularly like Rocks Laugh – and would add that laughing rocks. Thanks for sharing your excellent.ReplyDelete
