Written for
Rebecca's Haiku My Heart
because
It's a Fabulous Friday!

Strong breeze hit the tree,
Dry leaves leave, fresh cheerily
Exclaim, “Welcome, please!”

  1. Ramesh, there is such fun in your haiku. It made me think of words like "merrily" and "dancing". Beautiful imagery! =)

  2. This is exactly what has been happening in my neck of the woods. The trees are barren of leaves from very strong winds. The new ones won't show themsleves until Spring, but they will be there. You can count on it. Wonderful haiku for the season.

    Peace

  3. i am thanking you
    for your Touch of Autumn

    as in my neighborhood
    in florida
    we have no Idea
    about

    such

    things...

    {{ my mossy dripping oaks
    are green all the year long }}

now i feel the need to dance
    out
    side

so i thank you for that,
    as well...

  8. It is more like life, letting go of the old things and giving place for something new. Letting go is in itself a beautiful thing to do.
